Just in case you change your mind, you have up to 3 business days from the delivery date to return qualified unused, undamaged and unaltered merchandise for exchange only. Customers have 90 days to use store credit.
Your store credit will be in the form of a coupon. Once your return has been received, you will receive an email with coupon details. Pending returned items have been received in the same condition they were sent. The coupon will be activated immediately.
Yes, customers are responsible for shipping fees on all returns. Please also keep in mind when your coupon is being issued we are unable to credit the original shipping fees.
Processing returns can take up to 5 business days after we receive your package. Once the return is approved we will send an email notifying you that we have activated your coupon.
On And Off The Runway offers returns for store credit ONLY.
Once an order has been completed there are no cancellations or refunds. Please contact On And Off The Runway within three days of receiving your purchase to receive a store credit. You will receive a coupon code, which would be your first name and last initial as the code to use toward a future purchase, pending the items are returned in the same condition sent. The item is considered a final sale on the fourth day following your purchase date.

At this time On And Off The Runway Boutique ships merchandise to locations within the United States. Purchased items will be shipped within 5-7 business days after the date of purchase (excluding weekends) with the exception of Pre-orders, which will have an estimated ship date.
Next day shipping is available upon request for an additional shipping charge of $35. All orders must be made by 2PM EST to be shipped overnight. Being that there is no signature required upon delivery, you will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen or missing. No refund will be issued.
During holidays there will most likely be a delay with shipping. Please add a 1-3 day window (excluding weekends) in addition to the 5-7 business days (excluding weekends) shipping policy.

orders in a manner that ensures safety for all parties involved. Please note,
that shipping companies are also experiencing delays, including USPS, our

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Please contact your local
post office for any questions concerning lost or stolen packages.

Pre-Ordered items are items reserved with an estimated shipping date. Estimated shipping dates are ESTIMATED and may change depending on the vendor.
Of course you will be notified as soon as this has been made aware.
All pre-orders MUST be paid in full at the time of reservation. Customers will be notified via email when item(s) are ready to ship. Pre-Orders are treated as all other purchases. Orders cannot be cancelled once orders are completed with an order.
If an item has sold out or is out of stock after your order has been placed you will be notified via email right away.
